Trading its location at Raffles Hotel for an expansive new space at Mandarin Gallery, multi-label fashion boutique L’armoire recently opened the doors to its new design-driven home for its selection of avant-garde offerings. Bathed in monochromatic minimalism, the 1,400-square-foot space embodies the raw, understated and industrial ethos behind many of its curated designs.
Coinciding with the grand opening of its new location tomorrow, L’armoire’s Spring/Summer 2017 range sees collections from around the globe coming together to form a focused aesthetic. From the distressed leather aesthetic that captures the collections of Barcelona-based designer Boris Bidjan Saberi and Tuscan shoemaker Guidi, to the innovative textiles and silhouettes of Chinese designer Uma Wang and Japanese designer Taichi Murakami, the new arrivals bring craftsmanship, attention to detail and artisanal textiles to the forefront, while complementing items from cult designers like Rick Owens and M.A+.
L’armoire is located at #01-16 Mandarin Gallery. For more info, visit facebook.com/larmoiresg.
