FRESH’S FAMED ROSE FACE MASK TURNS 15

To commemorate their 15th anniversary, Fresh will be collaborating with London based artist Jo Ratcliffe to spruce up its iconic Rose Face Mask with limited edition packaging. Known for her vivid and graphic multidisciplinary art, Ratcliffe turned to vintage botanical illustrations as a source of inspiration, reappropriating the designs for the space of the packaging.

 

 

Her hand-painted floral design brings in a sense of fluidity and movement, using Indian and acrylic inks and gouache paint for the different tonalities. Having worked for big fashion labels like Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, and Kenzo, Ratcliffe’s whimsical aesthetic is more than well known in the industry.

 

 

The crisp rose motifs by the London based artist are apt in translating what the mask is about, harnessing the properties of the Rosa Centifolia for a refreshing facial experience. Along with nutrient rich ingredients like cucumber extract, aloe vera, and green tea, the unique gel formula mask aimed at hydrating and toning has gained a cult following over the years. A kiss from this rose (two-and-a-half in each jar to be exact) will leave your skin brimming with luminosity.

 

 

The limited edition Rose Face Mask ($95) is available at Fresh ION Orchard boutique and all Sephora stores.
