Late last year, Björk released her beautiful, harrowing ninth album Utopia. Now, she’s shared the follow-up EP Arisen My Senses, a three-track collection of remixes of the titular third single off Utopia. Footwork’s leading woman Jlin, ascendant Glaswegian producer Lanark Artefax and Welsh singer-producer Kelly Lee Owens, who’s winning over hearts and bodies with her handle on dream pop and ambient techno, rework the track in their distinct ways. But music aside, the physical presentation of the music is noteworthy: According to Björk’s label Little Indian Records, Arisen My Senses will be pressed on “slug genitalia coloured vinyl”. That’s the cover art below.
The vinyl version of the EP releases May 25. Preorder here.
