It looks like Kanye West will be dominating headlines for musical reasons again. The follow-up to his 2016 opus The Life of Pablo, tentatively christened Turbo Grafx 16, has been shrouded in speculation for a minute now. Last year, for instance, there was talk of him working on it while sequestered on a mountain in Wyoming. Now, a few members of his creative agency DONDA are hinting that the album may be upon us soon.
In a since-deleted tweet, stylist Daryl “KNARLYdb” Brown responded to a fan’s question about new Kanye music with the prayer hands emoji and the text, “God level”.
More telling, is a photo posted on the Instagram account @calabasasseason of a smiling Kanye, captioned, ““New Music Coming Soon”. It has also been liked by members of DONDA.
